Upon viewing the video footage, the veterinarians quickly realized that the dog’s swollen belly was not a result of pregnancy and required immediate intervention. It is suspected that there is a significant accumulation of fluid in the abdomen caused by either liver or kidney malfunction, but further examinations such as tests and scans are necessary to confirm the diagnosis.
The current situation is dire, and the poor dog is suffering immensely. Her condition is worsening with every passing moment, and she is becoming increasingly lethargic. All necessary tests, including x-rays, blood work, and fluid analysis, have been completed, and those trying to assist are anxiously awaiting the results. At present, the medical professionals are draining the fluid from her stomach in an effort to alleviate her discomfort. It is an extremely distressing situation.
Currently, the liquid within her body measures approximately 10 liters. Due to this, her bones have become visible and she is experiencing a great deal of pain and discomfort. However, when the aforementioned liquid is extracted, she seems to feel much better and has even been able to fall asleep. This will be the first time in months that she will be able to sleep soundly, free from pain and agony.
The veterinarian assured, “We’ll be staying with her at the clinic and monitoring her closely. Her condition is getting better gradually, and I’ll make sure to keep you informed of her progress.”
The adorable pup was given the name Fufy, and fortunately, she’s in the process of recuperating and progressing. By engaging in playtime and socializing with her fellow canines, she was able to vanquish the distressing memories of her time as a stray dog. With Fufy’s newfound enthusiasm and energy, it’s as if she were a young pup once again, and it’s heartwarming to witness her finally living a joyous life after enduring so much pain and hardship.
